General
All parcels and deliveries will be received from Reception, our Concierge team will ensure that all parcels are signed for, logged and kept securely for you in the Package Store room. We do also have a Cold Storage facility for any perishable goods however please note in the interests of Health and Safety, the maximum they can be stored for is 72 hours before being discarded. You will receive a notification of a package delivery via email or through your Dockhouse West Resident App. Please bring some ID when collecting your parcel so we can verify the delivery details.
You are permitted to attach images and frames to your walls however this must be using adhesive strips and not nails. Please ensure all hanging items are easily detachable and do not pose long term visible leftover marks.
At Dockhouse West we pride ourselves on our community and encourage residents to invite guests into the residence. In order to authorise guests, please use your Dockhouse West Resident App where there is an "authorise guests" function. Please ensure all guests have signed in at reception and for Fire Safety they are aware of nearest exit points. All guests are your responsibility therefore please ensure community policies are respected and upheld at all times.
We have an onsite Laundry Room located in the lowerground floor, left side from the lift point. This is available 24/7 for all residents and all machines require a contactless form of payment. A single wash is £3 and a single tumble dry is £2. During busy times, you can also reserve a washing machine using our Dockhouse West Resident App.
Maintenance
Please contact your Property Management Team on site who will be able to submit a Parking Permit request for you, alternatively please visit the Reception desk anytime within office hours and request an application form which you complete and submit. Car Parking spaces are rentable items at Dockhouse West and are charged at £200 per calendar month and we will require one months notice to hand back.
Unfortunately we are unable to remove items of furniture from your apartment, however you are free to remove and store at your own cost as long as all furniture is replaced at the end of your tenancy in the condition in which it was supplied.
In the interests of Safety and Security, please inform our Concierge desk in the first instance if you have lost your keys in order for us to block future access on your fob. You can also request a new key card and fob from the Concierge desk which will be ready instantly (ID will be required for verification). Please note lost key replacements are £45 and we only accept card transactions.
Leasing Requests
Your inventory and move in documents will be emailed out to you within 48 hours of your moving in date. You will also receive an alert within your Dockhouse West Resident App confirming your Self Inspection file is ready for review, please fill this out and submit via the app. If you have not received these files within 48 hours of moving in, please contact us and we will gladly resolve this for you.
